Meet Kate

Kate, Founder of [co]created HR

Kate is a human resources executive with 20+ years of experience building people strategy for some of the most complex organizations in the world. From private equity-backed businesses to Fortune 500 companies, she has led HR through growth, transformation, and M&A with a steady focus on what actually makes organizations work and the people within them.

She specializes in the moments that demand the most. When a company is scaling fast, integrating an acquisition, or navigating significant change, C-suites, boards, and investors bring her in because she earns trust quickly, names hard things clearly, and builds solutions that last.

A particular focus of her work is building leader capability across the organization. From HR leaders growing into true strategic partners, to business leaders learning to lead their people with intention, Kate believes strong leadership is the foundation every people strategy is built on.
